So much choice and so little time to make up your mind on what is required for your business! Herewith a broad guide (though not totally comprehensive) of what CBS can offer.
The Cafetière
Otherwise known as 'French Press', the Cafetière is one of the easiest ways to make a range of different originals and blends of fresh coffee, which ensures that your customers have a wonderful choice of tastes and flavours to the strength they require.
Filter Machines
This type of machine was the backbone of the café and restaurant before the Traditional Espresso machine took over in the early 1990’s.
CBS supplies pour and serve machines from Technivorm, who for many years have specialized in the manufacture of coffee makers. These machines are all handmade, which means that they are manufactured and assembled by hand and individually tested in a live situation. The brewing quality of these coffee makers is beyond dispute and guarantees a first class beverage due to the fact that brewing temperature and water/coffee contact time as well as holding temperature are in accordance with the critical requirements of the European Coffee Brewing Centre and the Specialty Coffee Association of America and Europe.
Traditional Espresso Machines
Nearly everybody would like one of these “beasts” in there café or restaurant and that is to be applauded. However, if you are going to pay in excess of £3,000 for a machine, make sure you get quality for the money you spend.
Bean to Cup Machines
Everybody wants to have an espresso just like they had in Italy or France on holiday last year, so bean to cup machines are designed to give you that experience without the hassle.
Unfortunately, the lack of hassle can only be found if you pay over £5,000 for one of these machines and clean the equipment on a regular daily basis.
